Golf Tips to Increase Distance Shots

Most the tips you’ve read about in magazines don’t mean much until you improve you physical limitations. Don’t skip the warm-up prior to the first tee. There is no secret. You’ve have to warm up using twists, arm circles, toe touches … stretches to keep you loose. The backswing/shoulder stretch gets you ready to take the full backswing that the Tiger takes. Pull your upper body all the way in your backswing and hold it for 15 seconds and repeat a few times. Do it every hole.

Off course, improve your core strength and rotational speed using weights and many repetitions. Rotating side to side with your upper body holding a single dumbbell in front of you will strengthen and improve flexibility.
