Keep Your Head Down
Hopefully, this will make you chuckle a bit (even if you have heard it before):
An old duffer was having a particularly bad day at a plush country club. It was one of those days when not one thing went right. There wasn't a sand trap, thicket, or body of water he didn't find.
Nearing the final hole, the distraught old duffer spots a lake near the fairway. He turns to the caddy, embarrassed by all of his repeated failures throughout a long day and sighs heavily.
"I've really sucked today, haven't I? If I had any guts, I'd jump into that lake and drown myself."
The caddy smirked, "Even if you jumped in I think don't you'd have anything to worry about. There's no way you could keep your head down that long."
